Product Terms & Conditions
Last updated 29 August 2026
These Product Terms apply to products and related services supplied by Ouliv Pty Ltd (ABN 12 616 948 577) unless different terms are expressly agreed in writing.
Orders and Contract
Website information and enquiries do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. A binding order arises when OULIV accepts your order or quotation in accordance with the acceptance method stated in that quotation.
If there is any inconsistency, a specifically negotiated written agreement or accepted OULIV quotation takes priority over these Product Terms.
Pricing and Payment
Prices, GST, freight, delivery, installation and payment requirements are as stated in the applicable quotation. Website pricing, where displayed, is indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Product Specifications
OULIV may make minor product or component changes resulting from product improvement or availability, provided they do not materially reduce the agreed functionality or performance. Material changes require customer agreement.
Colours, finishes and materials may vary slightly from photographs, screens, renders or samples.
Site, Access and Approvals
The customer must provide accurate site information and reasonable access, suitable power and a safe installation environment.
Building permits, landlord approvals, fire-safety requirements, accessibility requirements and other regulatory approvals depend on the particular building, location and use. Unless expressly included in OULIV's quotation, responsibility for obtaining project-specific approvals remains with the customer. OULIV will provide reasonably available product information to assist that process.
Delivery and Installation
Delivery and installation dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. OULIV will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed dates but is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.
Additional reasonable costs resulting from inaccurate site information, unavailable access, customer-requested changes or an unready site may be charged after consultation with the customer.
Variations and Cancellation
Any variation should be agreed in writing. Cancellation of custom-made or committed orders may be subject to reasonable costs already incurred or irrevocably committed by OULIV.
Risk and Title
Risk passes when goods are delivered to the agreed site or collected by the customer. Title remains with OULIV until the applicable purchase price has been paid in full, to the extent permitted by law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
